About Me

Zumba Emily: At the age of 18 I had already been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I was told that my best bet to get my bones back was to work out. WORK OUT?? I thought they had to be kidding. Working out sucked. Now here we are 6 years, a marriage and 2 kids later and I finally found something both my doctors and i can agree on. ZUMBA!!!
