sorry everyone to let you know so late but we are not doing the class tonight.  I've been trying since we talked to get info and have only gotten the run around.  so we are unable to do the class tonight but if you still want to shake your tail feather there is a free class on Thanksgiving morning at Timp. high.  It's at 8 in the morning and kids and adults are all invited and free.

Thriller!!!

Unique Experiences

Last night was definitely a very unique evening.  I can honestly say that very very few aerobic instructors have had this happen to them.  And it was completely amazing!  So last night I had one of these at my class.

 

And no that's not even the cool part.  The cool part is that this cute little guys owner was there to be a part of my class.  Now you're asking why would it be cool that a dog owner did my class?  well, I'll tell you.  It was simply amazing because she was Blind.  She may not be able to see the world but that will never stop her from living in it. 

It was such a powerful and moving experience.  I will never forget that night or how it felt to watch someone come through adversity and still look better at what she was doing then some of the rest of us.  Simply Brilliant.  These are the days I thank God I am blessed with the opportunity to teach.
